2010 DOG TAG NOTICE
It is time to purchase your 2010 dog tags.  If you no longer have a dog, please inform this office by calling 236-4351 ext. 232 so that we may amend our records.

Our 2010 Fee Schedule is below.   If your dog tag has not been purchased on or before February 28, 2010 , a penalty of $10 will be charged in addition to the license fee.  Dogs must have their annual rabies vaccination in order for us to issue a tag.

2009 DOG TAG FEE SCHEDULE
(A)       Male or Female Dog, if only one kept                                                      $  12.00

(B)       Second dog owned by the same person or if kept in any one household     $  15.00

(C)       Third dog owned by the same person or if kept in any one household         $  20.00

(D)       Kennel License (registered)                                                                    $ 100.00

(E)       Pit Bull or Pit Bull Cross                                                                        $ 50.00

(F)       Late Fee (per tag)                                                                                 $ 10.00

Tags are issued for current year and the onus is on dog owner to renew it at beginning of the next year.

Please fill in completely and return the bottom portion of this notice along with the applicable fee to Municipality of Bluewater Box 250, 14 Mill Avenue Zurich, Ontario N0M 2T0, and a tag and receipt will be mailed to you directly.
