Council Meeting Schedule


Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, with the exception of holidays, when the meeting is then held the day following the holiday. Meetings are held at the Stanley Complex in Varna and commence at 7 p.m.

Agendas are available to the public by 4 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting on the municipal website.

Minutes are made available to the public following Council approval.

When required, Council may hold a special meeting or workshop and those meetings are held during business hours on a date set by Council during the week.

If you would like to make a presentation to Council at a meeting, please complete the Delegation Request Form and return it to the attention of Charlene Overholt, Deputy Clerk, in order for arrangements to be made for your request.
